We are glad to come out sometime and take a walk around your office or storefront and leave you a free estimate with our prices on it. We’d like to meet you and discuss packages and pricing with you, but we know you’re busy too, so if it is more convenient we can always just e-mail it to you or leave it with the front desk.
OUR PROCESS
Service Packages that fit your home and budget

We count each window for your building or office and figure out what services will work best for you and your budget. We then present the services, prices, and glass count to you, our customer, either in person or through e-mail if you are busy at the time.

When you schedule a price quote with us, we'll set a time to come to your home and count up your windows, price out the work you want done, and leave you an estimate on the spot.

Because of that we do not offer over-the-phone estimates or “guess-imates.” They lead to high window cleaning services prices, or bait-and-switch and change-order up-charge sales tactics. We don’t do any of that.

It is sometimes a good practice to receive multiple bids for the work you are looking to have done. This ensures that you are getting a competitive rate and the company that you choose will be up to your standards.
WINDOW WASHING PACKAGES
Our Window Washing Package Options
We have a range of window washing service prices starting with outside only of the glass and exterior screens; to doing it all — the interior and exterior of the glass, washing your screens, and wiping out your plastic or wooden tracks. Whatever the need, we have a service package for you.
Exterior Only
Outside only of the glass and exterior screens.
The Full Service
The interior and exterior of the glass, washing your screens and wiping out your plastic or wooden tracks.

Commercial Pricing
Our prices are based on the number of pieces of commercial glass that you want cleaned and the height of each one on your office or building. The type of glass (double hung, real French panes, commercial grade glass, etc.) controls the price per job. The property landscaping and height of the windows is also considered for the difficulty of getting to them.

The factors we base our estimate pricing on include: the number of gutter feet to be cleaned, the height of the roof lines, roof slope or pitching, tree line, and whether or not you have screen guards installed.

Also the type that are installed on your home — i.e. round, 5 in., 6 in., or mesh screen guarded — and other factors control the price per foot like difficulty of getting to and flushing out each of the roof lines.

We feel that it is our job to know what type and how much rain water removal system you have. Because of that we will not offer you an over-the-phone gutter leaf removal estimate. We’re happy to come out anytime and take a walk around your home and leave you a free price quote.
If you notice your gutters overflowing when it rains, DO NOT WAIT until fall to call or schedule. They must be cleaned out as soon as possible! Water damage won’t wait to schedule its work until fall, so you shouldn’t either.
